Hi

Well we fly tomorrow morning from Heathrow but we haven't confirmed our flight and can't now. We are flying with cathay pacific does anyone think this may cause a problem?

We are arriving 7 hours early anyway, flight goes at 11:30 and we arrive at 4.30am.

Is there a facility to do on-line confirmation....some airlines allow you to do this up to 3 hours before your flight?

I have never confirmed a flight, and always got on. I arrived early for a flight once that had been overbooked and they were asking people if they wanted to be put on the next flight ( volunatarily) and giving them compensation and a free night in a hotel - We couldn't do it as I had work the next day but the compensation was worth having.

I am sure that if you get there early you will be fine !!!
