During this lovely warm weather, the most I fancy to eat of an evening is cheese & biscuits. I rather like the Bouton D'or mini brie (and mini blue brie), but can anyone suggest a good strong Cheddar that is easily available?
And anything like an English Stilton in the shops here? I like my blue cheeses on the mild side, and a young pale Stilton was my favourite in the UK. I even considered packing a truckle in my hand baggage... of course I didn't do that, and so I am Stilton-less. What do you recommend?
