Hi guys. Looking to retire to NZ, and have decided on Queenstown.
As a Scot who has spent the last 30 years living and working in Australia, finally the penny has dropped. (bit of a slow learner).
My question is...... I want to buy a NZ$400,000 section, and build a NZ$500,000 house, so where in the Queenstown area should I buy/build?
Looked at central QT, Arrowtown, Glenorchy, all have their pros and cons, first hand advice from those on the ground would be appreciated.
Can't wait to be there.
