Hello,
We have just moved to Rotorua from Papamoa and the removal men have damaged my dyson washing machine .The company have said they won't replace it without someone telling them the actual problem!
Only we cannot find anyone to look at it because they don't sell them over here,so I am a bit stuck at the moment .
I was wondering if maybe someone else has had any probs with a UK bought machines and had any suggestions.

shoudl have added, they have been very helpful about my vacuum, but maybe the washer may be a bit beyond them if they are not sold here!

I would do as it says and phone them to ask their advice.
