Daft question I feel I should know the answer to but

does OH's HNC (? BTEC or not) only need a preliminary asseessment ONLY for ITA as he has job offer

or does it need a full assessment that costs $450 or something similar?

We need the qual to count for points

Help just having a little panic, have tried case officer but she's not in.
