Well, we have decided we definitely want to go for it, but I have become confused about the best visa to apply for.
We have 130 points (i think) but no job offer, so could go for PR, BUT we'd have to sell our house to finance the application. We ideally would like to get a work visa of some description, sell the house, move to NZ, and look for work, then apply for PR out there.
Trouble is it looks as though you need a job to get a work visa, and vice versa. Anyone got any bright ideas for us? OH job is on ISSL if that helps.
We also have three children to consider, two of school age, so would need appropriate visa for them to be able to continue schooling.
If there are no suitable options we'll have to sell the house and go for PR from here,
