Again I am having trouble with the NZIS site, it looks like my trade is still in there somewhere so I am safe at level 3. I am stuck with the qualification changes though, I am sure it says level 3 certificates aren't acceptable. I can't get the site to work but from memory I think that city and guilds are classed as level 3. If that's the case then I will definitely need a job offer before submitting eoi.

Anyone any comments on the changes?

*EDIT> Just managed to open the document and I may be ok depending on the wording of the certificates*
