Hi, I am really new to this site so if I am not doing anything right, please let me know!

Wanted a little bit of advise, can anyone tell me what agreement they have for their child returning to the UK, or father visiting New Zealand for access. I really want to make sure I am being fair, but in turn I will only have so many holidays from work! My child is 12 years old.

If anyone could share what they do if they are in a similar situation, how does it work? How much visitation? How does the child feel? Is it to much or too little?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Pink Tracy

Welcome to the forum :cheers

I haven't any experience of the access agreements, but have you thought of using the sky minors service. Most airlines have an escort service for children and you needn't use up all your holiday leave flying round the world.

The alternative would be to have another family member travel with him, say when they're coming to see you, he could travel back with them. You'd need to get your visiting times co-ordinated. :nice1

Good luck!

Thanks Smiler,

Your right it will take planning, wondering, how often do other children return with the school holidays being different and how long for?

Cheers

and I just thought of something else............... (satellite delay I know) but traditional family times like xmas will be expensive for the flights too. :(

I hope you can work it all out! :nice1
