Hi All,
Not sure if anybody is interested but I have a section for sale in the beautiful township of Lincoln, which is just outside Christchurch.
Lincoln is a town in the Canterbury region of the South Island of New Zealand. It is located on the Canterbury Plains to the west of Banks Peninsula, 22 kilometres south of Christchurch. It is the site of Lincoln University and Lincoln High School. Lincoln High is one of the most popular country schools in the area and have stopped taking out of zone pupils because of its popularity and reputation.
We have lived in Lincoln now for 18 months and are currently building our new home here. We do however, also have the section identified in the link below for sale. We have bought two sections and after much deliberation decided to build on the one we are now going to make home and reluctantly selling the other.
If anyone is migrating to NZ in this area or simply wants to invest in land in NZ, this could be the section for you. It has a prime location and is close to half an acre in size with a reserve boundary overlooking the Port Hills. You can stroll for a round of golf at Lincoln GC which adjoins the sub-division, and it is a two minute walk to the schools all on the rural outskirts of Lincoln township.

If you have any questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards
Tony
