Hi
I mentioned in a previous thread a while ago I was a bit worried about the money side of things if we move to NZ with wages being wuite low etc.
Anyway, I have just spent a couple of hours researching house prices, rental costs, and going on the 'cost of living calculator' I think we are going to be pretty strapped for cash initially on one income.
Ideally I'd like to go to Uni for a year and top up my degree so I am qualified to teach early years, but I have no idea how much this would cost, or if it's a realistic option.
I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if there is much part time work about, or if it is possible to get a job working with children without the early years teaching qualification?
If not I will be staying here to do the UK teacher training I suppose, but I am keen to move asap, preferably before the kids get much older.
