Oh great, that's who we're probably going to have to use - unless there's a closer branch to Dorset.

They used to be OK, but have deteriorated in recent years. We had one damaged bookcase this time (an cheapo IKEA one but still...), and a couple of nice glasses are missing. To be fair it's the first time we've had a problem, but have had a mixed bag with the movers themselves. Other people we know who've used Whites also say they've gone downhill.
