Dear all ;

I sent my original documents with full assessment form to NZQA by DHL on Feb-2-2008. The shipment arrived on Feb-7-2008, the money had cut from my Master Card Account on Feb-12-2008 . I didn’t receive any letter from them to inform me that they received my documents and my money . I’m getting worry , please any advices , or if there is anyone have the same case or had one .

Hi there - yes it is nerve racking waiting....Did you pay for fast-track?
We did, and apart from noticing that the money had been taken from our credit card, we didn't hear anything until all the documents were returned with the full report via DHL 18 days later.

Don't worry, that's how it works. As NZQA did debit your Mastercard they obviously reiceived your documents, which was the biggest issue for me. In case you paid the fast-track fee they might get back to you within 2-4 weeks.

They'll do it. No news is good news from NZQA once they have taken your money. They'll be checking all your qualifications now - and they do contact people so it now depends on how quickly those people respond.

You will need plenty of patience! We paid for fast track and it still took about 10 weeks. Don't worry, it will come through eventually. Good luck!
