Quick question I'm hoping someone has the answer to. With regard to the age limit of 55 on skilled migrants does this apply to the partner of the main applicant too?

Hi,
I am not sure of the definite ruling on this, but a lady I know came over when she was 58 as her husband was the main applicant and he was 49 at the time.
