Guys,

Barney is the treasured possesion of Jayne from a birthday a few years ago - she will be gutted if Barney can not come with us, but looking on the MAF site, it is a bit confusing! No section about outdoor wooden sculptures

So from what I could make out, I think Barney can join us if:

1) I remove the bark from his base
2) He is pest free
3) I clean his base of all soil - maybe do a bit of sanding of the base and re-varnish

Barney has come in from the garden, so he doesn't get stolen (see other threads!) and can start drying out a bit.

Any advice would be great!

Thanks - Neil

Of course you can.......http://www.derwentbaybears.co.uk/

They are really great out in the garden - people are usually a bit surprised to see a wooden bear though :laugh :laugh

Of course you don't want to leave Barney Bear behind!

The best thing for you to do is contact MAF direct and find out exactly what they want you to do!

Good Luck
