Hi to all you fellows bread makers,
I've been making bread alot since we got here and really enjoy it,when the kids come home from school they devour the whole loaf before their tea so must be doing something right.:laugh

Can anyone tell me where in Christchurch/Canterbury i can bulk buy the strong bread flour and yeast.
At the moment i'm going to pak and save and buying it there but there must be a cheaper way of getting the flour as i'm going thro loads of it.:o

I know we are in Auckland, but we have found that the 5kg bags of flour are actually cheaper in Countdown that Pak 'n' Save up here.
