On the EOI form there is column of qualification where degree details have to be inserted. I have two masters degrees and if I go back then there are obviously bachelors degree, and secondary and higher secondary school certificates.
Shall I simply mention last degree or I need to add all qualifications starting from school? Any advice will be appreciated.

I think you should add in all your qualifications. For each qualification added, you will also have to indicate to what NZ level this evaluates to ... for example a Masters degree from a NZ recognized institution would evaluate to level 9.
In principle, the online system should pick up the highest NZ level you assess each of your qualifications to be equivalent to and assign you points accordingly.

I don't know how they deal with 2 degrees but I think that if you have a masters then the previous degree isn't of much interest in comparison. That is, you only get points and need to provide proof for the masters.
It seems to me this came up for someone before...
Wish I could remember the details. Think the person had a Bachelors from a non-accredited institution in a non-LTSSL field, but a Masters from an accredited institution in a LTSSL field. Hope that helps?
My advice, just use the one that gives the most points.
