Hi,

Due to a difficult change in circumstance we are having to sell our dream section in Red Beach, near Orewa (30 Mins North of Auckland). We are truely gutted, as we have plans, geotech and all the various pieces ready to go, but due to issues back in the UK we just cant proceed at the moment.

The section is 8000 Sqm (2 Acres in old money) has stunning views of the Weiti River, has town water and sewerage, power and phone and is covenanted to prevent people putting up a shack next door. We are currently living in Red Beach and both commute into Auckland. The lifestyle up here is awesome and well worth the commute. The kids are in their element!

We need to sell, so it is priced to reflect this, however, there just aren't sections of this size around Red Beach, so someone will be very happy if they decide to buy.

We haven't officially put it on the market yet, but will probably do so this week. If you want any more info, we would be happy to PM you.

Looks very nice Tim, we live near there too and I can say that view and sort of section is rare.

We're still renting, we'd eventually like to buy a section but then uncovenanted, as we plan to go for the non brick and tile version of the NZ house :)
