well me and hubby are having a change of luck fingers crossed, after being on the market so long and not having a sniff, this week a new preson in the estate agents, is looking after our house and we got two viewings and one may turn out to be a offer. if they put the offer in they said they would 1st thing tomorrow. so sitting here like a cat on a hot tin roof seeing if it happens and if it goes ahead then yes our luck has change. visa being sorted hubby has got a job offer the one bit missing is the sale of our house. now the stress will set in and now can't belive how much we will have to start doing. so keep fingers crossed for us and lets hope it all works out

Good news we have had an offer on the house, yes u have heard right we have had an offer on the house and we said yes, just can't belive it. and they want the house soon as so fingers crossed it all works out. so nz here we come, and here comes all the stress and oh boy has my stress level gone up way up
