Please can anyone recommend a panel doctor for the Cheshire & NorthWest area... more than likely in or around the Manchester area.

Also, what is the average cost per adult and how long does it take to receive results? (assuming no problems).

Hi Red Devil,

We used:

Doctor/Clinic: Dr R Million, Address: 11 St John St, Manchester M3 4DW, United Kingdom (UK)

He was ok although I remember we had to book quite far in advance for appointments. Can't remember exact cost - was approx £250-300 each, but we had to have extra blood tests.

Didn't take long for the results to come back - 2 weeks max.

Hi. We saw Dr Smith at Dr Million's practice, just off Deansgate in Manchester. I think it came to around £700 for the 3 of us (2 x adult, 1 x 8yr old), and that was with one set of extra bloods. I found the number on the immigration website, under 'panel doctors', and got an appointment within 2 weeks of phoning.
The turnaround was pretty quick too, within 10 days.

We'll more than likely use Dr Million's practice when we return back from our 'recce' trip in April... looking forward to the rollercoaster ride :)

We used the one in Salford, can't for the life of me remember what he was called. He was cheaper than the others at the time, just ring a few and ask them the costs involved.:yes
