Struggling with evidence of proof of experience as we are impatient to return ITA.

We need to prove OH has experinece as skilled migrant and in area of future growth. His company says these have to come from HR. This is taking awhile... has anyone been approved with info from their boss and job description. His job has changed over the years but there has not been any updated paperwork to show this - duh I know now!!!should have got it

We just want to get on with this process and sometimes it's just a brick wall :(

OH just got job descriptions and actually drafted the letters for boss and previous bosses to sign. Outlining time of employment, job title and hours employed for I think.. worked for us :)
