I am about to submit my online EOI until I encountered this problem.
According to the EOI form.
F3a. Is this qualification included on the List of Recognised Qualifications? Or has an Occupational Registration Body assessed your qualification as comparable to a New Zealand qualification that is on the List of Recognised Qualifications?
What is the level assessed by NZQA?
F4a. Has your qualification been assessed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority?
F5a. What are the reference number, type and level assessed by NZQA?
Type?
Level?
According to 1080 "Bachelors degrees requiring 4* or more years of full time study from the following institutions are assessed as occupying Level 7 of the Register and will therefore qualify for 50 points" and according to the EOI guide "if we believe your qualifications aligns with any included on this list it will not need to be further assessed by NZQA." I have a BS degree from a University included on the list so my answer in F3a is yes and level 7. Then there was F4a and there was a note that if I answered no to F3a or F4a, I cannot claim for points. I tried to answer F4a with yes thinking obviously NZQA has assessed my qualification since it included it in the 1080 and answered "not applicable" to reference no. then preliminary and level 7 to the other qustions. My total is above 100; no more error messages appear; my application is complete and submit button now appears. But I am having second thoughts in submitting since I am entering a wrong entry for F4a so I asked NZIS and they said answer F4a with no and leave the rest blank but I tried this and my points dropped by 50 points and the total was below 100. The submit button will not appear in the online EOI if my points is below 100.
What should I do. Error messages appear everytime I leave F5a blank and I can't claim for 50 points if it enter no for question F4a. Should I try paper based EOI and pay more $? I would greatly appreciate any help.
