You just contact any of the panel doctors that you want directly - get quotes & then book yourselves in directly with the doctor of your choosing at a time that is convenient to you.

Just to re-iterate this abit more, get the list of panel doctors (search panel doctors here (http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/work/skilledmigrant/LinkAdministration/ToolboxLinks/paneldoctors.htm?level=1))

Find any that you are happy to use e.g. close to where you live and then contact them to get quotes on how much it will cost as panel doctors charges do vary.

Also check on availability as some panel doctors may be very busy and not have appointments for when you need them, may sometimes be better to book them in advance.

If you find one that you want to use then you can always post again for forum members experience with them e.g. if they were happy with them etc. Also, if you want recommendations then tell us which locations you would be happy to travel to and then I'm sure people will post which ones they liked. Alternatively, you can also use the search facilities on this forum for previous postings.
