There is a question whether I requested a previous assessment of an international qualification or not, I requested a pre-assessment for immigration purpose, should I answer Yes or No?

Mesh,
Answer YES and include your Pre-Assessment Result number (PAR#).
Unless your work-experience documentation is weak or some other new detail raises questions, you can expect to be given the same level on the QAR (Qualification Assessment Report) as you received on the PAR.
Good Luck! :nice1

Thank you very much. One more question, I claim points for my Bachelor degree (IT), do they really need certificate of completion for secondary, preparatory and primary schools? Actually that was years ago and I don't have them now :( Is it enough to send my Bachelor degree, transcripts and employments proofs?

Mesh--
I'm guessing you're in the UK...not NZ? What kind of documentation have you provided to NZQA already? I think the PAR, in addition to being used for immigration purposes, is to help you avoid the major expense of a QAR if there's any doubt about your qualification...
You could always try e-mailing them with your question. I did and got an answer the next day. :roll

Thank you Kakyaker. I'm in Egypt :) I haven't yet sent any docs to NZQA, I was hoping to send them my qualifications tomorrow but I found a post on this forum about the required docs and some people had to send all qualifications including schools certificates not just the university.
I emailed NZQA a week ago and yet no reply :( The PAR assessed my qualification as Bachelor degree level 7, I didn't have to mention anything about schools in the pre-assessment. Any advice?

I was on the same boat as you (being an IT expert with no Job Offer).
Since I heard that the Full Assessment could take months, I sent both the PAR and the QAR. I´ve got the PAR in seven days and the QAR in 30 days.
This was a good surprise since I live in Brazil and I was expecting at least 3 months for the full assessment.
About the certifications: I called them and asked all sort of questions regarding the certifications I had to send. They only asked form my Bachelor degree (IT) diploma and the certificate of completion of my secondary school.
Hope this helps. I also strongly recommend you to apply for a fast track. It sure helped me.

Mesh,
If, as you say, you're not sure where your old secondary certificate may be, try writing to your school for a transcript showing that you graduated or ask for a simple letter on their letterhead saying that you did graduate, and when.
That should be enough to support your application to NZQA for a QAR! They will verify your Bachelor's degree both by e-mail and post...
Again, good luck!

Thanks guys for all your replies. I searched everywhere for my old certificates and fortunately I found them :clap Now I should translate them into English which is very expensive! :uhoh
I got my ITA a week ago, I'm still preparing for my docs to be sent to NZQA, do you think I'll be able to submit my residence application before the deadline? I'm considering a fast-track assessment. Police certificate can be completed in less than a week.
Thanks guys
