My next step will be the medical checkup, under which medical conditions an EOI may be declined? any ideas? Do you think the panel doctor will say something about whether the applicant should go further with the PR application or stop? I mean according to the medical results.

An application may well be decline if you have a medical condition that could/will cost NZ money.
