I'm still researching apartments for rent, and checking locations on Google Maps, but it suddenly occurred to me -- I don't have a frame of reference for suburbs! :no


For instance, how long does it take to get into Auckland CBD by public transport (this will vary widely on time of day, I know) from Mount Wellington South, Mount Roskill South, Avondale South, Glen Innes, etc.?


Any input is appreciated! I really don't know where anything is, or how far away is too far away! :uhoh

have a look on www.wises.co.nz and that will give you street names, you can search in wises by suburb
