Fairly certain that UK changes on 30 March and NZ a week later on 6 April

Completely thrown as i have had a look at some threads on here that were posted an hour later than time on my laptop.........and time on forum says an hour more too ??

Well now I'm confused because Sharon's right that the forum clock now says +12 hours and my computer says it's 12 hours as well. It's been 13 up until now. What am I missing? :confused: :confused:
