Pickfords came in on Monday and Tuesday and loaded all of our earthly goods into a container. I waved goodbye to everything yesterday afternoon and then cleaned up our flat for the new owners.
Yesterday evening I went out with my mates for a final evening of drinks; none of us can really remember much after the dinner so it must have been a good send off!
Today has been finishing off our packing and exchanging contracts on the flat.
Tomorrow morning we head off to Heathrow for our flight to Auckland!!!
Very nervous but really excited as well!!!
Wish us luck!

Hope it's a smooth journey - though having done long haul flights with my twin girls since they were babies (they are now 4); I know how hard it is!
See you on the other side :clap . We only arrived a week ago & the girls & I are rattling around in the Motel in Botany (Auckland) during the day while their Dad is teaching, so if you want to get together then pm me (or post). We are hoping to move into a rental soon.
Good luck & Best Wishes :) , Fi.
