Hi. Has anyone from US (or other nation that does dates this way) had, or been warned about, any trouble with submitting to NZIS documents with the date written in the from whereby the month is expressed before the day rather than vice-versa?
On at least one of our medical certificates I have had the MD reverse the way she wrote the dates and initial it. But she hasn't done so on all parts of the form.
Any experiences, or are NZIS folks well-versed in this hazard?

Cheers,
Matt.

It's always confused me. Why do you do that with dates :eek Especially when you get 7/7/2004 who knows which is the day and which is the year. It's OK if it's the 31st 'cos you can't have a 31st month - but the rest. Doh!!!
