Within the next few weeks?
Well I am & I'm fairly sick fighting over mediocre over priced accommodation because of the amount of people looking for single rooms in flatshares.
I'm looking for 1-3 other people to get a group together to rent an apartment in it's entirety. I haven't really looked at this market, just browsed on the web, but it's something that we should probably be looking at. I'm primarily looking in the city, I work on Victoria st.
I'm 26, Irish and I work as an IT contractor. I intend to be quite social & active once I move out of this back packers. I will probably be in Wellington for another 6 months at least, possibly longer if I like the place (which I already do :nice1 )
Ideal flatmates would be people in the 25-35 range. Who enjoy the odd pint during the week & who also will try out a few new activities just for the hell of it! I don't mind couples at all, nor do I care if you smoke(Just not at the dinner table). No offense but I'd prefer not to deal with pets and definitly no kids.
