Hey all-
My nephew is in his first year at college majoring in Forestry. His dad is in the forestry business and does surveying of properties on the side. My nephew has also done surveying. He wants to move to NZ and continue studies in forestry. I know that industry is booming there. Anyone have any advice, weblinks, or other info that may help him?
He has applied to the U of Canterbury School of Forestry. Problem being, the cost!! And limited scholarships, grants for US students. He is now checking into tech schools and their cost. Also, there is an apprenticeship program he is checking on--any others like that?
Like all of us-he wants to be there NOW! :yes

Thanks for your help!!

Terry

Thanks for that link. Everything helps. My nephew just found out that one of his favorite teachers at the U spent 6 months in NZ!! And had set up an exchange program for students. So we are hoping he will have loads of advice and ideas!!
