Is it worth taking our folding camper. I know its a silly question but am not sure if this sort of thing is avalible in NZ. With 4 kids and the dog a camper van would too small and don't want to go back to sleeping on the floor (tents). Some threads say take everything, is this one thing too far?

Things like this are surprisingly expensive in NZ (much more than Aus). Have a google and look at secondhand prices before you decide what to do.
