Hi, guys - hope everyone's doing great.

Question: for those who got ITAs without a definite case officer name, did anyone get a handwritten slip with their letter explaining the April medical-form change?

We did, and it made me wonder why someone hasn't just run those slips through a laser printer. Just seemed a little odd if their ITA churnings-out are high at the moment.

Other than that, our ITA letter was hand-initialled by an Administrator. No really obvious case officer yet (probably for reasons discussed elsewhere).

Thanks,
Matt.

John - see my PM, but it's probably just an intern who was later re-assigned having written a batch of notes like ours.
Also, do I spy a Genesis quote as your signature line?
:yes
Cheers,
Matt.

Hi,

We got a handwritten note attached to our invitation as well. Arrived earlier this week. Glad we will be able to get our physicals before the April deadline!

Nope, no handwritten slip. The ITA letter was initialed by the Administrator.
That's it.

Let me be clear: the handwriten compliment-slip size note was just about the medical form change. That's all. As has been suggested, probabaly from a temp or intern who did some and not others.

Matt.
