Well, after much paper chasing and only 2 months of waiting I received an email from my case officer (NZIS, London) telling me I'm approved in principle :cheers :cheers Finally! Some weight off the shoulders, knowing I can go live in NZ with my fiance.
We'd already bought a ticket to NZ as we found a really good deal a couple of months back, so the gamble paid off. The house is sold, everything ready to be shipped over, although we dont leave until June with a quick stop in Fiji on the way to celebrate and plan our wedding there.
Now, just to decide between Hawkes Bay / Whangarei / New Plymouth. Don't even know how we'll decide! Toss a coin maybe.
