Hi every one , My ITA got selected in December and returned ITA with all documents - police cert, medical cert , etc etc. and paid PR fees.
Now we have decided not to go .

How can i claim refund of my PR fees.
My PR application process has not been started yet.

Personally, i would think that you may not be able to get a refund ??????? But i am no expert in this. Its just an opinion, so please dont quote me.

All i can suggest is that you either ring New Zealand House and ask them (bearing in mind its £1 a minute in UK) or perhaps lodge an email on their website, which you have to register on and i recall they normally advise to wait 48hrs for a reply, maybe longer with the Easter period .

I am pretty sure it is non refundable, especially when its your decision not to proceed with the application..

Have just had a quick scan of questions/answers on the Immigration website, and it does basically say that no refund will be given if if is your decision to pull out. Please do have a look for yourself and make the necessary queries though for peace of mind.
