Can anyone give some advise - we only just here and have an 18 yr old who is needing to get out and meet others his age - he due to attend Uni in July as we had to wait for our PR - he has joined a soccer club but so wish he could meet others his age and get out in the town for what youngest enjoy doing.

Anyone got any suggestions would be so grateful.

Where abouts in Auckland are you? Just noticed here on North Shore alot of the local sports/activity clubs are advertising 'go along and try for free' type events in the next few weeks to get students from Massey Uni involved. Might be a good way to meet other young people?

try phoning up the scouts, theres a lot goes on for young adults there too
