NZ equivilant of Shreddies kids cereal?? I know you can get UK packs from Brits shops but at $17 a pop not really prepared to go there :uhoh However, my kids love them and after trying other cereals here am resorting to toast in the morning - anyone??

These seem a lot cheaper for UK cereal than $17. Typically they are out of stock on the ones you're after but may be worth a look when the new stock arrives. :)

Sorry Karen, i havent seen them. Its a cereal that hubby likes too........

Our little one loves the honey buzz porridge (got to admit, me too!!) and weetbix (i find they taste different here)

I used to be able to buy them in Countdown. I can't remember the name of them but they used to be a budget version, the name 'malt wheat' rings a bell. The picture on the front of the box makes them look really bland and 'cheap' but they are spot on to the proper Shreddies (this is from someone who used to eat them for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!)
I havent seen them in there for the past few months :0( but they may still do them in bigger Countdowns.

Joanne, I think there must be different ones - the ones I used to buy are absolutely spot on to Shreddies.
Like I say, I used to live on them back in UK, I had previously tried others that werent a patch on Shreddies but honestly these WERE Shreddies , same taste, colour, texture, everything .:p
