Hi all

Before I start searching on Google... is it possible to catch a ferry crossing from Central Auckland to Devonport?

My wife has an appointment with Tonix Health Recruitment, so we just wondered if it would be easier commuting without the hire car.

If it is possible, how regular do they run and approx. price per crossing?

Yes, there is a ferry from the CBD to Devonport - the crossing takes about 10 minutes.

If you're doing it regularly, you can get a "Captains Pass" which reduces the overall cost of the tickets. Oh, and you can take bicycles for free :D
