Hi all

We're all sooooo excited... we fly from Manchester T2 on Sunday with Singapore Airlines for our 3 week 'recce' trip of both the North & South Islands. My OH has an appointment with Tonix Health Recruitment on the Wednesday, to go over immigration and nursing registration matters in more detail and discuss job vacancies that are currently available within her particular field of renal/haemodialysis.

Packing is done, car hire and accommodation all pre-booked, little one has his travel bag packed... Lego, paper, pens, crayons, reading books, more paper... just counting down the hours now :)

Thanks to everyone for the help and advice over the past 8 weeks with regards suggestions, recommendations, etc... it's been a huge help :nice1

Speak to you again, cheers :D

Good luck with your recce - if you want to know more about Haemodialysis work, my friend works for NZ Leukaemia and is the northern North Island nursing coordinator.

Have a good flight (I'm sure you will as we flew with Singapore airlines last year and they were fantastic!.. Especially noticed they were good with little ones...)

You're gonna love it here!!

Singapore are the best. Lots of little treats like premium ice creams, nice food, regular drinks, and a very professional crew. On our 2nd leg return flight after getting married in New Zealand our in flight tv screens didn't work. After a heartfelt apology we were given $150 credit to spend on the plane (bought an mp3 player) and I slept practically the whole flight anyway. First time EVER I slept on a plane.

Good luck guys, Singapore Airlines do look after you and the kids so well, they really are fantastic, the kids will have so much to occupy them that the pen, paper and crayons etc. will probably be redundant.

Safe journey down to this neck of the woods
