I am right in thinking that our ITA has to include a Employer Supplementary Form , aren't I? Which I send to my future employers who send it back to me to send in with our ITA?

It doesn't actually say for Skilled Migrant Catagory on it, just Work Permit/Visa Application.

Unless the process has changed, then no you don't need it for SMC. I needed the ESF for a work visa but not for the residence.
