When I get my ITA do I need to send in an Employers Supplementary Form (I am applying under the Skilled Migrant Catagory), that my future employers have filled in?

Hi

My husbands employer sent it to us to send with the ITA and we sent it off at the same time. No problems came back and no further questions were raised so i would say send it. The more info the better and saves them asking for it at a later date.

Were you applying through the skilled migrant catagory? Someone else said don't need it for SMC, only for work visa? Which was yours?

When we sent in ITA we sent letter from NZ employer with offer - hours, starting date, salary etc.. They also very helpfully sent us letter outlining how OH was recruited so no problems with someone locally doing the job even though on LTSSL as well as a job description. Not sure how this relates to the form but did the trick :)
