My husband is having his medical on 2nd April and he is filling out part A of the medical form. My question is:

Do you staple the required passport size photos in the required spaces on the form? I can't see how you could attach them with a paper clip.

yes - we stapled ... had to open the stapler and kind of figure out a way to staple the left side of it though cos the doctor had signed over the other side ...

My husband stapled his passport photos on the form and they look perfectly ok.
Now all he needs is to pass the Medical tomorrow.
