My name is Michaela, married to Andy with three children age 15,13,11. We went to the expo at Harrogate on Saturday which was very interesting, has any one actually got a job directly through expo? We are seriously looking to move over in the next 12 months, where is the best place to look for jobs in nz?

:cheers

Welome! I think Auckland has the most opportunities available - with Wellington probably coming second.

Best Wishes & good luck,

Fi.

My hubby first made contact with his employers at the Manchester expo - they were very interested when he started talking to them on the stand, then when they found out we were already booked for a reccie trip, they were falling over themselves to give us information and contact numbers, Kev had an hour long interview with the two top mangers from the council whilst we were here for a month (they took him to the pub and he doesn't even drink! :laugh ) They told him there and then they wanted to offer him a job. The only problem was waiting ages for all the paperwork to come from them, but it did eventually and here we are now! :raebanana

Good luck!

Hello.

We also got our jobs after meeting our employer on a stand at the manchester expo and having an interview a few days later in a hotel lobby! :)
