Hi,
We're looking to do some renovations to our house (mostly plumbing and some structural work). We've jumped through the hoops that are the Wellington City Council's building consent process :roll and we're now trying to track down a reliable builder.
The few that we have contacted have all disappeared for weeks with the plans and have done sod all!!
Anyone out there have experience of a dependable builder in the Island Bay/Wellington area? or am I searching for the impossible?
