Are you looking for something that tells you the exact time?

I know that if you just phone telecom e.g. on 0800 000 000 then they tell you the time at the start of the message but its only to the nearest minute (tis free though) - if you then enter 7614 you can ask for time anywhere in the world.

Sure there are plenty of websites that can give you accurate time signals.

If you use 'skype out' on Skype then you could phone the UK speaking clock for free as well (just remember the time difference) :)
