As an optimist (!) I play UK National Lottery and Euromillions - it's on-line, painless and I never have to worry about losing my tickets:-) Have yet to look into the NZ system. From the statement below it would seem that as a non UK resident that the UK version is out of bounds now - fair enough.
However, there appears to be no such equivalent for Euromillions, so I was just wondering if anyone had any views on whether it's technically legal or otherwise in the event of a win...?
Please - no moralising around on-line gambling:-)
National Lottery webiste Ts & Cs:
To register to play you must be aged 16 or over and be resident in the UK or Isle of Man. To play lottery games online you must also have a sterling bank account linked to a UK debit card. When located outside of the UK, you will be subject to the laws of the country that you are in. Some countries do not allow the playing of lotteries interactively.
