Hi,

Our ITA was submitted on 27th Nov 2007 (no job offer).
According to the Immigration website (which is down at the moment), last week they were allocating ITA's submitted up until 16th December.
If/when ours is allocated, will they tell us who its been allocated to?

Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

The whole notification by NZIS isn't very well done. Some times you will get an email, some times you won't (we didn't). Some times you will receive a letter, some times you won't (we didn't) and if you do it may well arrive after the ITA. Some times the website will tell you the correct status i.e. decision successful and some times it won't. You get the picture.

We never found out our case officer (CO) until we received our ITA.

As you should already have received your ITA going on the timings you stated, I would be contacting them to find out what the problem is, it will also give you a chance to find out who your CO is.

Hi, we just recieved an email to say it is alloctaed to an officer, but they also asked a question.
Just a thought, but your ITA recived to lodging on your signiture is a long time - did you receive a receipt when it was sent in?

Hi,

The delay was caused by the amount of documentation demanded by NZQA (e.g. A-Level certificates, long since lost!). Shortly after we received the ITA, the requirement to have qualifications like mine assessed by NZQA was dropped but I still had to have mine done!

Our ITA has definately been received. They've taken the money and it's shown as having been received on their website.

If I don't hear anything within the next couple of weeks then I'll call them!

Cheers,
Steve
