Can anyone give us some advise about finding a solicitor in the Hamilton area. We have found ourselves a home :clap -and will be needing the services of a Solictor to assist us.
Thanks again

I can highly recommend Carolyn Hopkins, who runs CT Legal on Hill Street in Hamilton.
She is excellent, please feel free to say she was recommended by me (Sam Edwards - she won't have a clue who BBB is !)

You will probably speak to Nicola Brown when you first ring (her assistant) she is very friendly and helpful too.
Can't recommend her highly enough, she dealt with our house purchase, my business setup and our family trust setup and our new wills.

It's a pleasue. I know a couple of great mortgage brokers too if you need anyone on that front, and an insurance broker.
Happy to pass on details if you, or anyone else, needs them.

Hi Steadybears
BBB's OH here. Sorry I don't know your real names (unless of course one of you is called Steady and the other Bears) :p
Just wondering if you managed to get yourself sorted out with a lawyer. Also being a bit nosey (am I ever anything else) and wondered where your new house is. Oh and Sam wants to know if you're coming to the house warming/birthday party on 25th. It would be good to put a face to the names.

We officially move out of Rototuna on Wednesday 23rd (that day will be final cleaning and polishing of old rental to ensure we get our bond back!).
You'll need a beer or seven after your stuff arrives so if you bring some around you can drink it in our new (to us) home. If you need any assistance (with the beer drinking) I am happy to offer my services.
Would gladly offer to help you shift stuff, but will be busy shifting our own about I'm afraid.
Chin chin, is it Pimms o'clock yet? sun, yard arm etc... oh s*d it, pass me one out of the chiller.
:cheers
