Can someone help me out, I knwo I'm being quite thick, can you advise of the abrivations that are in use during the process and on the Forum's

EOI = Expression of Intrest ----that is all I know

NZIS = NZ Immigrations Service????

ITA = Invitation To Apply (what they send you if they like your expression of interest)

OHs - Other Halves, significant others, partners in crime... the old ball and chain ;)

NZQA - New Zealand Qualifications Authority - they check your degrees and other quals you claim points for to see if they're legit (as opposed to having been bought off t'internet)

and yes, NZIS is the New Zealand Immigration service

If you do a search for acronyms you should get a whole list more of the shorthands

OH - Other Half, there are a few family relation abbreviations used, MIL, SIL etc there's also DS although I have no idea what that one is!
NZQA - NZ Qualification Assessment - the organisation that does the assessment of foreign qualifications for immigrant applications
