We got the results of my husband's medical back and the x-ray results show he has COPD...What are his chances of a medical waiver?
Is a medical waiver something we request or does NZIS automatically do this?...I am a New Zealander and we are wanting to come in under the Partnership Policy.

I meant to add to my thread above that my husband's Blood Test results and BMI were all within the normal range and Doctors examination was ok.
