Applied for a job 2 weeks ago, interviewed last week and they have just phoned to offer it to me. Can't believe it, it's part time, Mon-Fri, fits around school hours and has all school holidays off so I can't ask for much better than that. So, I am officially returning to the heady world of accountancy after a 5 yr career break. Really can't believe they are being so flexible - I am now very very nervous and will be having a few of these tonight. :cheers

Ooh, now need to go shopping for some more appropriate work gear - been living in jeans for 5 years. It will be back to the days of sneaking things into the wardrobe while OH is out!

Well done - there aren't many jobs like that around - fitting in with school hours and holidays - which will be my problem too when our youngest goes to school next year (no grandparents to call on to step in and take care of them and 3's a bit much to farm out at one time! :no )

The first few weeks you'll be shattered from all the new stuff you have to take in and it'll probably be a bit scary the first two days - but remember all the stress and hassle you've overcome to get here in the first - it'll be a doddle in comparison! :raebanana

Good luck! :nice1
